All-Natural Beauty Guide: The Natural Products I Use On The Daily

I finally took the leap and switched to all natural beauty products. Being the beauty nerd that I am, I researched brands for a month, tried a good amount of samples from Spirit Beauty Lounge, and made regular visits to Pharmaca. After careful consideration and a few bad breakouts, I found a plethora of products that soothed my sensitive skin and matched my extremely fair skin tone. While I wish I could say my beauty products are completely organic — I am still working on that — the products I use are completely free of the cosmetic dirty dozen. That’s right! No parabens for me. And, while I was hesitant to swap out my favorite beauty products like my YSL highlighter and NARS concealer, I ended up finding products that worked even better than my old standbys. So what are you waiting for? Scroll down to get the skinny on my favorite natural beauty products.

1. Honest Beauty Oil Free Tinted Moisturizer ‘Alabaster’ | $28 | No Parabens + No Chemical Sunscreen + No Petrolatum + No Butylene Glycol + No Synthetic Fragrances:

Honest Beauty Tinted Moisturizer

I prefer to go foundation free; however, on days when my skin is exceptionally irritated I reach for Honest Beauty’s oil-free tinted moisturizer. While the formula feels thicker than most tinted moisturizers, it goes on sheer enough to look natural yet heavy enough to cover imperfections.

2. Hynt Beauty DUET Concealer ‘Fair’ | $24 | All Natural + All Vegan + Free of Toxins:

Hynt Beauty Concealer

Hynt beauty’s DUET concealer is the holy grail of natural concealers, if not all concealers, as it completely covers my unruly under-eye circles. The peach tone of the concealer counteracts the blue undertones of my circles, and the thick yet spreadable formula glides over my skin without leaving any creases. What more could you ask for?

3. Lily Lolo Translucent Silk Finishing Powder | $22 | 100% Natural + Cruelty Free:

Lily Lolo Finishing Powder

I rarely use powders because I like a nice dewy finish; however, this translucent finishing powder is genius for days when I need my makeup to last from morning to night.

4. Kjaer Weis Cream Blush ‘Embrace‘ | $56 | Certified Organic:

Kjaer Weis Cream Blush Embrace

Since I have fair skin I use darker blushes to achieve a bronzed complexion. While I like to switch between Kjaer Weis’s ‘Embrace’, a warm rosey blush, and Bare Minerals ‘The Confession’, a more golden powder, I gravitate towards Kjaer Weis, as I think cream formulas look more natural for everyday wear.

5. Ilia lluminator ‘Polka Dots & Moonbeams’ | $34 | USDA Organic + Cruelty Free:

Ilia Illuminator

Ilia’s illuminator gives me that lit from within glow that us beauty lovers are constantly trying to achieve.

6. Pacifica Aquarian Gaze Mascara | $14 | 100% Vegan + Cruelty Free:

Pacifica Mascara

While Pacifica’s mascara is not the most natural product on this list, it contains butylene glycol, it is hands down the best mascara I’ve ever used. Not only do my lashes look amazing, but they are also stronger and longer since using this product.

7. Hurraw! Lip Balm | $3. 79 | Organic + Vegan + Cruelty Free:

Hurraw Lip Balm

Hurraw! is the all-natural version of Lip Smackers — every flavor is magnificent, you will want to own them all. While I’m partial to the vanilla flavor for my every day lip balm, the black cherry lip tint is great for a night out, and the coconut flavor is super nourishing for dry winter weather or over-night repair.
